Hi

"I have tried all the online suggestions" doesn't really tell us what you have and have not tried.

So have you tried this :

Cannot verify subscription status in offline mode

Are the Adobe servers blocked by your anti virus software?

Have you tried this:

How to resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Dave

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I have reset the clock, reset host file - logged in and out of Adobe manager a few times.

I don't have anti-Virus software on my system.

Thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,

Was Photoshop working and it suddenly stopped?

Did anything happen to trigger it?

Is this your system or the system at work?

Can you log in to your account with your Adobe ID and password?

Jane

We can’t verify your subscription status.
We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide

reset the clock, reset host file I checked the GlobalSign Root CA certificate, I disabled my firewall and virus scanner Lightroom works fine. I don't know really what else to do I am connected by wifi .

If anyone is having this same issue,

what was causing it for me was when i instaled the software through a network internet conection, it would cause this error, so what i did was conect it to my phone hotspot, install the software then it works fine even when you switch back to the network conection,

Hope it helps
