Weird Text box - Photoshop

Hey everyone,

why my text box is weird like this? I noticed that a few days ago.

My PS is up to date.

It would help if the character window is showing but it almost looks like the baseline shift is turned up quite a bit,  it would cause text to show up outside the top of the text box.   The baseline shift box is in the character window,  it looks like a capitol A, with a lowercase a next to it with an upward arrow underneath it.  It should be set to zero,  if its any higher than that, its going to show up higher than normal.

DaveJCummings is right. Baseline shift is set to 50 pt.
