No, just the graphic design part, no coding. So I thought what I need is a PS or AI tutorial about, correct if I am wrong please.

I tutorial to design a pop up  specifically for e-mail would not be possible for there are some many different email client applications and email options a general one design fits all would have so much baggage the poop up would not be useable.

So in the end one needs to design a pop up coding too following all the responsive design best practices, not just doing the graphic design part. Is this what you are telling me ?
