What effects are being used in this image? Part II

I know that I have already published on the same subject before, but I found myself in need of exposing it again, but this time with more details...

I wanted to know what effects were used in this image:

Taking into account the original image, without effects (obviously):

I would start displacing green channel… better than on my screenshot of course. also use duplicate layers channels and use blending modes
