Hi.

Anybody knows what's that mean??????

I got same error.
A quick system search revealed that it is the Discover panel (aka Search). It is probably doing something under the hood and all those things do not get erased or something.
Don't know what to do with it, will try to disable and see.

Sorry for the trouble with this error, it's possible that this is fixed in a newer release of Photoshop.
Can you copy the text in Photoshop's Help > System Info and paste it here?

Also, what task(s) were you doing when this message popped up?

In the direction of handling this is a utility software conflict error, you should uninstall and reinstall the software for the most stable operation.
