I want to correct the skew of this off center photo of a magazine cover so it somewhat resembles its original dimentions.
Is there an automatic or manual tool that will do this? If so, which one?
I am not familliar with de-skewing in Photoshop and dont know what key words to start with.

@dnemeth01 you could try Adobe Camera Raw > Geometry, drag horizontal and vertical guides to straighten the image

One thing that can help is displaying a grid, which you can do by pressing Ctrl+' (single quote), and you can set up how you want the grid displayed in Edit > Preferences.
