When attempting to open a file in Photoshop CC 2018. The file explorer looks odd?

Hello! I got Photoshop CC 2018 from my school and I decided to come here to the community for some help with my program.
Programs I use that effect the Windows explorer:
Blank It: By Niivu
Macpac (win10 theme.): By Niivu
OldNewExplorer: By Raymond Chen.

Hello! Thank you for getting back to me, my question pertains to what can I do to fix this? I can tell this certainly isn't a common issue which is why I listed some of the possibilities. Thank you again for responding!~

this appears to be an issue with one of the theme and icon customization programs you're using and not photoshop
