When I crop my image the result is blurred image(using latest version of Photoshop on MacBook)

I've been having this issue for a while now. Whenever I tried to crop my image the result is a blurry image. it gives pixels instead of the cropped images.

The units appear to be »px«, so you may have to change them to »in« or whatever.

Look at the options Bar. 

You or someone with access to your computer has apparently set the tool to 5px x 7px.

    I was trying to crop the image by 5 x 7 200resolution
