When I open a jpg file in Photoshop 2023, I only get a white screen, no picture. This happens after a recent update of Photoshop 2023. Any jpg file gives this problem. *.psd file: same problem. See attached screenshot.

Hi @Enno29819049uqca @laurèneg59398483 Go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check “Disable Native Canvas”. Then check “Use Older GPU Mode (2016)”. Quit and relaunch PS.

Thanks a lot! The option 'deactivate Native Canvas' did the trick (after PS restart). Just to be sure, I also selected "Older GPU models".

      In photoshop go to Edit>Preferences>Technology Previews, check Deactiveate Native Canvas, then restart photoshop

        Bonjour, j'ai le même problème. Là où il devrait y avoir mon fichier image, le plan de travail clignotte en blanc /noir.

        J'ai supprimé Photoshop et je l'ai réinstallé, ma carte graphique est à jour. Je ne comprends pas c'est très embêtant car je ne peux pas travailler
