When my zoom ratio not %100 lines got blurry.

This started to happen lately. My screen resolution is 1920x1080 and photoshop file same resolution with 300 pixel/cm.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

'Use Graphic Processor' Setting was off and turning it on then resetting photoshop solved my problem. I am not native english talker so i can't express my gratitude enough but thank you so much.
