Where can I get the old textures libraries for Photoshop CC?

A tutorial I was trying to follow features the erodible textures pack, probably a prior version. However, in Ps CC 2019 I cannot find this pack. Is there somewhere I can install the old packs?

1. Go to Window>Patterns
2. Press the hamburger button (stripes) and select Legacy Patterns and More
3. Expand the folder. Newer patterns can be found under "2019" and classic patterns under "Legacy Patterns".

Drag out the folder to add to the current list.
