I had the AI-tool "generative fill" for a few uses – but it has dissapeared now. I have made all the updates etc. but it is gone. And it doesn't appear when selecting something and is not to be found in the menue "Edit"/"Image".
Can someone tell me where to find/get it? (Version 24.7.2)
Thank you!

Thank you so much for your quick reply, Ged!
Please have a look at the System info:
What do I need to do to update it? I thought I had updated it twice last week! Do I need to pay more? Is there a link which will give me all AI-functions?

You need to install version 25.5.1 from the Creative Cloud app, you can install it alongside version 24.7.2, just make sure to unselect remove older versions if you want to keep version 24.7.2
There is no extra charge for newer versions as it's part of your Creative Cloud subscription

Thank you so much, Ged! Where do I find this newer version? This Adobe "world" is a huge labyrinth! We have a "Creative Cloud with all applications [50 programs]". However, I do not find an update link for photoshop.
And one more question: Why did I briefly HAVE the AI-generative-fill function? Was this a promotion teaser?

@Martin324073139hvr go into the Creative Cloud desktop app, and you should see the available versions to install there, if you don't have the Creative Cloud desktop app installed, you can download it from here

No sure why you would have seen it in version 24.7.2 as I mentioned it wasn't released until version 25.0

Thaaaank you! No I seem to have it for good! (Also, the starting-image (bed) is something else than before (jungle-animals). Unfortunately Photoshop lost all my personalised settings 😞 which were quite a lot. But I guess that is the price one pays. Thanks a lot, Ged, are you a worker for Adobe? Or a helpful user?
