Where is the image rotate command in photoshop for iPad?

I want to rotate the image (and the canvas) in photoshop for iPad, but can't seem to find that edit tool that I use frequently in the desktop version. Also can't seem to the Canvas size dialog either.

No, that is not what I'm looking for. I want to rotate the entire image. As an example: a scanned image from a scanner was scanned upside down, the image itself needs to be rotated so that when saved it opens in the correct orientation in other applications. That is what I've used "image rotate" in the desktop version of photoshop for.
