Which version of Photoshop 2 features at the same time 3dmenu and remove tool

I am using a version of Photoshop in my pc  that has the following 2 features at the same time
1-3d menu
2-remove tools
And that's great for me but
I install any version Photoshop on my other laptop, it only has one of them...No matter what I did, I could not have both of them
 for example:
In the 2022 version, I have the 3d menu, but I don't have the remove tool, and in the 2024 version, it's the opposite.
I want to have both
Now I have it in a system, but I don't know how it happened!!!

@meysam37933011hbo2 3D features are being discontinued in Photoshop, if you want to continue using 3D features you can install version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app and can be installed alongside the current version

I knew that this is not my problem
In Photoshop version 22.2, the 3D menu is active, but there is no tool removal.
I don't want to install two versions of Photoshop and switch between them
I want both in one version, now I have it in one pc, but I don't know how?? Or which version is it? I have attached the photo

You've answered your own question:

In Photoshop version 22.2, the 3D menu is active, but there is no tool removal.

It appears that a version tailored to your specific needs has not been produced.

@meysam37933011hbo2 3D features in Photoshop have been removed on a gradual basis since version 24.xx, not sure of the exact version, they were removed from the options bar and the menu in version 25.6 I think.

The only real version of Photoshop to have full 3D functionality is 22.2, any version above that you use at your own risk.

3D features will not be coming back to Photoshop going forward.

You've already been guided on what you need to do!
