Have you looked into trashing the preferences file. https://creativepro.com/photoshop-tips-trashing-the-preferences-file/

 

Really as everyone is saying you need to give more specs of your computer. That might help in getting more answers. But I attached a simple plan. That is if you have had previous versions of photoshop.
