Also, did you just purchase and install Photoshop or have you had it installed and this issue just started?
What version on Windows do you have and what version of PS do you have installed with your subscription?

What's happening when you try to launch Photoshop?
Does it do anything? Are you getting any error messages?
What are you computer specs?

Really as everyone is saying you need to give more specs of your computer. That might help in getting more answers. But I attached a simple plan. That is if you have had previous versions of photoshop.
