why do I have Generative credits in browser edition but not desktop?

Hi

Recently my company changed to adobe teams or something and now I have no generative credits.  They do not understand my need for these (ug) so I tried using the browser version of photoshop and it does have the credits, or at least I am able to use generative fill.  WHy is this?  I would just use the browser version but it does not give me an option to save to my hard drive only to the cloud.  Can anyone provide me with some insight on what is happening?  Thanks

Adobe Photoshop for iPad and Web both save .psdc files in the Cloud, not on your desktop. There is no setting for saving to desktop.

nevermind, I now randomly have the credits in the desktop version as well.  still don't know how to save to hard drive in browser version though but it is so slow I never use it anyway.
