Why don’t I have warp option?

Why do I not have the warp transform option in my Photoshop? I tried my iPad fifth generation app and Web. I have tried my MacBook Air macOS Ventura 13.4 web. And I have tried my PC Windows 11 home

Could you please post screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

What are you trying to Warp? 

Warp does not work on Vector Smart Objects.

I created an image and saved to images. Then tapped it to isolate the subject and pasted to  PS layer

Your image shows PS for iPad. As Kevin already said, Transform Warp is not available in Ps for iPad.

Also Dave asked you in a different thread for your PS Desktop version and your System details:

@Domenic38656600omc8 I don't beleive Warp is available on ipad or web interfaces. Try using the desktop application.
