why i can't see photoshop beta form creative cloud app but other's beta is showing up

Do you have a previous Photoshop beta already installed? If so uninstall that one and log out of creative cloud and back in.

Kevin, I have seen that advice on the PTC video about Generative Fill, so I suspect it is a known issue.
