Windows 11 ACR no longer recognizes GPU acceleration

Sys info after ACR crashes (starting PS with the WavLink plugged in. As I mentioned previousln, PS now crashes if the docking station is plugged in when PS launches. So this is after starting up PS after a crash.

The problem with docking stations is that they mess up the GPU priorities. Mostly, they will bypass the dedicated GPU that ACR should be using, instead plugging everything directly into the integrated GPU. And ACR may not even be using that GPU, so there's a conflict, and it crashes.

Just another variety of the dual GPU problem. This is all much easier when there's only one GPU.

This means Adobe is finding a problem and disabling your graphics card. maybe completely remove and reinstall your graphicas drivers, and disable the Intel card.
