Windows File Crash on Ctrl - +

Hello all

I'm getting a continuous crash when working on PSD files using the Ctrl - + to zoom in and out of my work. 
It has happened across 3 Windows systems with different settings. I'm running a GeForce RTX 3060 with 64G of Ram. I also have 2 TB of scratch disc.  The crash happens on both big and small files. 
Any thoughts?
