Wireless Wacom pen pressure not working properly

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble with the pen pressure, every time I draw something the opacity and size of the brush never reach 100%, (I made sure the opacity was 100% both for the layer and brush) even if I press harder. This only happens when I use the tablet wireless, It works fine when it's plugged to the computer, and it only happens in Photoshop. I've had the same issues with past versions and haven't been able to make this work properly.

I'm using photoshop CC2019 and a Wacom Intuos Pen Small with the bluetooth device.

Hi, have you checked if there are driver updates available for your Wacom and for your computer?
