won´t download photoshop because of computer

Hi! When trying to download photoshop CC to my new computer, it just says " Can´t download because your computer doesn't have the right programs/updates. Although, I was able to download it on my old computer. Why could this be? My newer computer has all the updates and is better than my old one. I checked and it should be all up to date and have the space for photoshop. Any ideas?

Please check the system requirement for the Adobe Photoshop CC

Photoshop system requirements

Install all the Windows updates if you are using Windows OS.

Please share the screen shot of the exact error message and system info.
