For 1: there is a brush  an overlay on screen, and if you scale the brush with the ALT+Right-click shortcut, an overlay for round brushes, would you need it for all brushes?

2) do you mean curved planes, or a curved guide, again, a mockup of what you are trying to acheive (for instance pasting an element under the arch of  bridge, or around a column ?

3) there might be a translation problem, I have no idea of what you mean. Guide Text size? Do you mean getting the x-height, ascender/descender guides?

There are also the neural filters that work in that area.
