Add 0% limit to the 50% shown in Marching ants (like ACR)

Many users get confused that the selection can "bleed" further than what is shown by the maching ants, the latest being: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/no-matter-what-i-do-photoshop-keeps-painting-outside-my-selection/td-p/14177626

It is about time to bring the maching ants in the modern world, and take a look at what ACR/Lr is doing, and maybe supplement them with a view of the 0% to indicate a non-soft selection.
