Add a Preview to Save As WebP (Same as found in JPEG)

The Save As WebP window would benefit from a preview checkbox and expected file size indicator, as found in the Save As JPEG window.

The benefit to the end user would be a visual indication of quality loss and a rough estimation of file size.
