Add "Rename" to list of options when right clicking on layers

The list of options for layers is rather extensive when you right click on a layer in the layer's panel. But one thing that seems to be missing is one for renaming the layer. Sure you can could click on the title name, but it seems "Rename" would be a common enough task that it could be added to the list of options..

Oh I get it on renaming layers, it's just when you right click there are like nearly 20 options, just seems like it would be a spot to include Rename for those not familiar with the program.
