Allow the user to disable unwanted file formats from the save window

I would love to have a preferences item that allows me to remove the 19 file formats that I will never use to make the 3 or 4 file formats I do use much easier to find in the list.

A long standing request, while at the same time people are asking for new formats to be added. Then other users don't understand that colour mode, layers, channels or bit depth make other file formats unavailable. It's hard to make everyone happy I guess...
