I was wondering if there were any android tablet apps that are available which can connect to my PC allowing me to use my tablet for various shortcuts and functions within my PC version of Photoshop?
The link you gave is for Photoshop Express. Photoshop for Mobile is only on iPad currently. The link is also not from Adobe. If you want Photoshop Express for Android, start with this link from Adobe and get it from Google Play:
Thank you! I eventually found that after lol - embrassing - but I couldnt delete my comment here. When i click "more" i get a blank drop down box. So if thats where the delete is supposed to be, its not working for me.
Currently there is only Photoshop for iPad. You can add your comments to the feedback forum for feature requests where the product developers will see it:

I think Photoshop Express, Photoshop Mix, and Photoshop Sketch work on Android. Look in Google Play. Photoshop itself is only iPad currently, and it does not have all of the features of Photoshop for Desktop.
The link I gave you is answered by the developers. This forum is answered by users who are volunteers. You might want to ask at the link in my earlier post.
There was Photoshop Touch that was for tablets. It was discontinued. It was as close to Photoshop as it got at the time. Could even share/export the document for use in Photoshop on desktop if you wanted.
