Exporting SVG from Photoshop is a monumentally bad idea, and it was a mistake to introduce it in the first place.

SVG is a vector format, expected everywhere to contain vector data. But Photoshop is a raster editor and it can only output vector content in a very few special circumstances.

So an SVG from Photoshop will most likely have raster content, thus only causing unnecessary confusion and problems for anyone receiving this file.

The proper application to use for exporting SVG is Illustrator.
