P: Allow simple maths in number fields.

So if I want my canvas to be 43px smaller I can basically type 160-43. Or if I want it to be 2.5x bigger I can do 160x2.5.
Any number field can benefit from this. Very often I have to open the calculator to figure out numbers.

61,98cm is a distance, just like 62cm, just a little shorter. If you are unfamiliar with the meter system, please look it up at a wiki.

»Nobody on the Photoshop team knows how to do math.«
Are you trying to be funny or are you short on politeness?
The distinction is sometimes difficult in written communication. Edit: At least for me, I guess.

I wonder why no one from Adobe responded to this topic?

Ah, like a formula then?

Like this: (61+98)+(4+11) ?

I can't make sense of your use of commas otherwise.
I'm no math major though, haha.

No. Just trying to add some numbers together.

Hmm, what?

Are you specifying canvas coordinates?

Hi! It would be neat if I could just type for example "+4,11" in the "Canvas size" window to add that number to the specific width or height. And that Ps did the math for me. Thanks! /Daniel

Since I discovered the Illy team included the ability to do math in text fields I've always been disappointed by the fact that PS cannot.

This would be a big one, gents!
