When using the transform tool, my layer effects should also scale proportionally. I'm super frustrated with how I am forced to manually scale all my layer effects after rescaling the size of an object/layer. This is a very inefficient way to work. Where's my preference option similar to scaling strokes and effects in Illustrator?
It actually wasn't even an issue until I started using recent versions of Photoshop. Layer effects use to have an option to scale proportionally, but for whatever reason they decided to remove it.
