It look like you are using my Batch mockup templates populated scripts and have not used the help button to read how to use the script. The message is stating your replace object folders are not setup. In the replacement object folder there needs to be a folders for each Smart object layers replacement objects. obj0, obj1, ... objN. You should read the help. Help
Four Rules
Four Scripts
Scripts Edit Options
These scripts default operation will use Photoshop feature Replace Content to update the Mockup Smart Object Layers replacement image must be preprocessed so they will have the correct Aspect Ratio, Size and Print Resolution. If you do not prepropcess Image files Replace Content operation may not be what you. So I added an Edit options. If a script's Edit Smart Object option is checked the script will Edit the Smart Object Layer's Object instead of using Replace Content. This will take a much more time them the default operation Replace Content. Still image should has as aspect like the objects in the template. Portraits into landscape and landscape into Portrait objects loose too much image content the resulting composition will not be acceptable.
MockUp Templates should not have object that are PNG files if you may want to use the Edit Smart Object options replace any you have with the PNG saved as a PSD file. Png save performances is poor Png objects will slow down the Edit option.

It seems you are missing something like folder with specific name on Desktop. Can you give us more light like which script you are using and perhaps what are settings applied in script dialogue?

I do not keep track of duplicated threads. I try to look at all threads that are dealing with mockup templates. I missed that append in that thread. Is there a right place or wrong place??? It look like they are using my script that requires a folder for each smart object layer replacement objects. They need to contain the same number of replacements and need to sort in the same order so the templates are updated with the correct sets of replacements objects. It look like he may have only one template and only one smart object layer in that template. He could then use "BatchReplaceOneObject.jsx" which only supports one template with one smart object layer. They would not get the missing obj0 folder message. That was the my first attempt at updating mockup templates a simple first set. Its obsolete.
They are most likely using my "BatchMockupTemplates.jsx" which can batch populated a collections of Mockup templates" with a collection of replacements object. The Mockup templates cans have any number of top level smart object layers that will have their objects replaced. Each of the top level smart object layers need to have their replacement collection in sub-folders obj0, obj1, ..., objN. in the replacement collection folder which is set in the Scripts dialog. The Scripts can be set to use Replace content for Smart Object replacement (the Default setup) which requires replacement objects to be the correct Aspect Ratio, Size and resolution. Or use the Scripts Edit option where the scripts will try to edit any size replacement into the existing objects. There are some restrictions on what types of Objects the Edit option supports, RAW and Vector Objects are not supported.
