Wenn ich im PSE 2019 Bilder mit einem Titel versehe und diese dann auf einen Ordner meiner Festplatte oder einen ext. Speicher übertrage ist der Bildtitel weg.

I think you need to save the metadata to the file before transferring them with the caption.  Try selecting the files with the captions in the Organizer and then choose the File>Save Metadata to file command.  (Or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+W).

If this doesn't solve your problem, then there is possibly a localization issue with the German version of the program.  See this other question posted today with a possibly related problem.

Hi @grel , I am from Adobe localization team. We tried the scenario on German language with german keyboard and we were not able to reproduce it. We followed the below steps. Please confirm if the steps look fine to you:-

 

1. Launch Organizer
2. Open any Image
3. Add caption
4. Click save metadata from File menu
5. Select same image and the click edit
6. edit in editor and save the image
7. Create a new catalog and then open the same image
8. Observe caption will appear
