2.7k video in elements 15

Hey everyone, How do I add 2.7k video into my organizer in elements 15? When I add it into the organizer it just shows the audio, not the video?  Help Please!

Request you to please mention the file format of your video with which you're facing the issue.

Also, are you able to play it in Organizer?

It is an mp4 file. My camera shoots in 2.7k at 30fps, and in 1080p at

30fps. Those videos open fine.

When I go to add them to the organizer, on the 2.7k videos, only the audio

opens in the organizer, not the video portion. With other video it opens

fine.
