On sept 10, I downloaded version 2018 of Elements and just now version 2019 comes out. Am I able to get free upgrade ?

Ghez . . . really! I am in the same boat!!! Another learning curve already?! Or, since they are so close together (version 18 and now 19) are they pretty much the same?! I will like at the supplied comparison chart that is posted in this thread. Thank you.

You can download and install the free trial version of PSE2019 (full specs available for 30 days).
The editor has an option to use 200% scaling. The organizer is compliant with the display options for text in Windows.

Thank you so much for pointing this out to me! I currently use 15. I had asked when I first got it if there was anyway to fix this and community support told me no. I've been living with a magnifying glass! I checked my display settings, changed them and I can see!!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
