64 bit installation

I currently have the 32 bit version of Adobe Elements 10 on my Windows 10 PC. I want to replace this with the 64 bit version.

If I run the 64 bit installation DVD will the catalogs that I currently have set up be remembered and transferred to the 64 bit version or will I have to set them all up again?

Thanks.

There has never been a 64 bits version for Elements 10 Windows.

The general rule is that catalogs have to be updated when installing a newer version. That means that the installation process of the new versions searches for the last current catalog and prompts you to convert. If you agree, a new catalog is created in the new format. The older one is still available for the old version, renamed with a -1 suffix.

I have a 5 DVD set containing 32 and 64 bit versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Premiere Elements 10?

Good  to read that I can install the 64 bit version and retain the catalogs though, thanks.

You may wish to use the download link if you get problems using Disk 2 which was designed for W7 64 bit.
