A pretty good scam?

In a fb page about photoshop elements a user posted the image below.  What's interesting is that I completed a simliar survey, which was obviously from Adobe.

A big clue that this is a scam is the part about "created by yahoo mail"-  I highly doubt Adobe would use that. 

SO WADDA THINK, A SCAM?

Yes.  Here is an email survey I received from Adobe today.  Note the adobe.com email address and the current branding symbols.

To me that email you posted is valid, no question about it.
