What operating system are you using?

Here on macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 at the time of this posting i get the following screen when trying to use File>Search Adobe Stock in the Photoshop Elements 2024 Editor.

Seems that whatever the issue was that caused the error in the screenshot above has been fixed as of the date of this posting.

Not fixed on macOS Sonoma, but works on macOS Monterey.
