adding photos together

I have images (quite small, about 100k) that I wish to put into one file to show the photos next to each other.

They are images of Postage stamps and the forum I'm on only allows one image per post.

If you can help with "Tab A into Slot b" instructions, I would be very grateful.

File > New and make it the size you want to be with all of the images on it.

Then place them and resize as necessary.

More specific information will yield a more specific answer.

Are the images all the same dimensions? Do you want them to appear neatly on the 'page'?

Also, have the images all been scanned/created at the same resolution? e.g. 72dpi?

I did a simple creation of a file, filled with white, and dragged 'stamps' onto it. Each as separate layers. After moving them, I then flattened the image and saved it as a .jpg.

If your 'stamps' are different resolutions, you will find that they appear different sizes on your background. You will have to manipulate each file on each layer. Sorry I can't be more "Tab A into Slot B", but more information would be required.
