adobe elements 10 size problem
When I open the program it opens up normal except for that everything is in a much smaller font. The program opens up normal sized but any text or pictures or buttons are in like a sized 5 or so font.

The problem is the high definition of your display. Support for HiDpi displays was only introduced in Elements 13.1.
Either set the resolution of your display to 'normal' size values... or upgrade to a recent Elements version.
