Adobe Elements 11 downloader no longer recognizes my camera

After upgrading to Mac OS 10.13.3, the downloader no longer "sees" my Lumix GH2. I now have to use Photos to import my photos, which sucks. I unchecked the auto import function in Photos preferences, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

    Owners of old programs simply have problems with Mac El Capitan/Sierra... none of which is Adobe's fault... Adobe did not change your old program to make it stop working properly... Apple changed their operating system and THAT is why your old programs won't work properly, not because of anything Adobe did... Also... every time Apple issues an update, there is the risk that an old program that HAS been working will STOP working properly... bottom line, old programs require a matching old operating system
