Adobe Elements downloader stopped working

Adobe photo downloader automatically launched after sd card plugged in, Elements 11.  After a while it completely stopped working.  Any ideas ??   Thanks

Which anti-virus software are you using?

Running Windows 10.  Recently no updates and running Symantec endpoint.  Working before, no problem.

Hi,

I'm not 100% certain what has stopped working.

Is it the automatic start of the download or the download stops during the download.

If it is not automatically starting, check your Windows settings

[Start -> Settings -> Devices -> AutoPlay - what is the setting for Memory card?]

If the reader has stopped downloading files, can you see the images on the SD card by using Windows file explorer?

Yes...got it...Pointed autoPlay to memory card.  Then in Adobe Elements, clicked on Edit-preference-camera or card reader- Highlighted Generic device under Download Options then selected Edit to dropdown then selected Show Adp Dialog(standard).  So now, when I plug in sd card, Adobe downloader opens up, I can edit and export to specific folder.
