Adobe Elements downloader stopped working

Adobe photo downloader automatically launched after sd card plugged in, Elements 11. After a while it completely stopped working. Any ideas ?? Thanks

Hi,

I'm not 100% certain what has stopped working.

Is it the automatic start of the download or the download stops during the download.

If it is not automatically starting, check your Windows settings

[Start -> Settings -> Devices -> AutoPlay - what is the setting for Memory card?]

If the reader has stopped downloading files, can you see the images on the SD card by using Windows file explorer?

Running Windows 10. Recently no updates and running Symantec endpoint. Working before, no problem.
