Adobe: MAPS!!!

So, I upgrade from PE 2016 to 2018, and before a year goes by (make that 6 months), you pull features OUT of the app? Then you tell your customers to upgrade at our cost to get those features back?  Seriously?  This should be a ZERO cost upgrade for 2018 users!  What the heck is wrong with this equation Adobe?  Do not provide a KB link, I've already read it, and it's pitiful you treat your customers so poorly.
