Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 [where to download?]

Can anyone point me in the direction of The Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 download and install link in English.  I have been working with their tech department and they have referred me to this forum for answers.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
