Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 funktioniert nicht mehr

Habe ein Update installiert, Vorhanden ist ein Photoshop Elements 12. Mein Problem ist, dass sich das neue Photoshop Elements 15 nicht öffnen lässt. Folgender Fehler wird angezeigt:

"Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Programm wir aufgrund eines Problems nicht richtig ausgeführt. Das Programm wird geschlossen und Sie werden benachrichtigt, wenn eine Lösung verfügbar ist.

Kennt jemand das Problem, bzw. kann mir dazu Hilfestellung geben?

Thanks for posting in Adobe forums.

I can understand you get en error message when you open Adobe Photoshop Elements 15.

Could you please provide me the following information?

- Are you using a Windows Machine or a Mac?

- Have you updated Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 yet?

- Are you getting same issue while opening Adobe Organizer?
