Adobe photoshop elements 15 Serial No not recognised

There is a possibility that you might have purchased a serial number that works for only Windows operating system.

I have checked my account and PSE10 is registered and the serial no recorded.  However the serial no is NOT recognized when I try to install the upgrade.

Can anyone help?

EDIT - You can use the upgrade from any previous version even a version older than PSE10 if you have one.

Otherwise you could ask Amazon to swap the upgrade version for the full PSE15 version. I think the price difference is marginal and you won’t need to worry about a serial number for a previous version.

If you originally registered your product the serial number will be stored in your Adobe Account.

Sign in with your Adobe ID (email address & password) and choose the tab “Plans & Products”

Then view your products. Every registered application should be shown with serial numbers.

To see a list of your registered products and their serial numbers, go to My Account
