Bought and installed Adobe Elements 2018 today.
I installed Photoshop Elements 2018 from Windows Store (last version of Windows 10). The Photo editor works fine, but the Organizer will not launch. I just starts the splashes and then it stops straight away. No error Message, only this text; "A problem caused the program to stop and it will be closed. You will receive a Message if a solution is available"... Does not help me much...
Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

Tanks Peru,
I have already tried some of those alternatives, but the problem is that I have the Windows Store app Version. It seems that the suggestions in Your link, more or less, are meant for the desktop Version of the Organizer. All configuration, files and paths seems to be stored in the WindowsApp folder when it comes to the Windows store version...??

Thanks for this information. We have been trying to reproduce your issue at our end to investigate it further.
Though you might have already tried this up, but still re-confirming.
Please check and install all latest Windows updates on your system. After this, please mention your win 10 version from About your PC settings:
Please also try that if you have any antivirus installed on your PC, disable it and see if the Elements Organizer launches.
Thanks.

6. I have tried booting the PC in safe mode, but no use.
7. I have also tried the Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store: run the troubleshooter. It solved some minor cache problems, but the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018, Organizer problem still persist.
7a. I have run both the app repair function and the app reset function, which I found under system settings, Apps and Functions. Still no use...
To me, it looks like there is something wrong with the Photoshop app package…
All others apps and programs installed on the PC works fine.
Please pay attention to the line marked red in the Windows program error log above “Wrong program path: C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Elements 2018 Organizer \ PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe”
The file path does not exist, since all Windows app programs should be stored under the C:\Program Files\WindowsApp folder\...?
Regarding “Error module path: C: \ WINDOWS \ System32 \ ucrtbase.dll”. When searching the C: drive, the module exists in that folder.
Kind regards GT

Hi,
Is there any hope to find out more about this issue, or should I just return the entire package to Microsoft Store before it's too late?
Kind regards
