Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 not loading

I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 in September 2020 and have never been able to use it.

Whenever I have tried to open the organiser, photo or video editor I have either become stuck in a constant sign-in loop or the 'loading' notification will disappear and nothing will happen. Over the years I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times, restarted my laptop over and over, been told to change languages, and contacted various customer support services and nothing has ever been able to make it work.

Has anyone else seen this issue and how did you go about resolving it?

Do you have a wif-fi printer?  If so, try going to Windows Settings and change the default printer to something other than the wi-fi printer.  Even a virtual PDF printer will work.  Several users have reported success with this method.

I have the same problem with a fresh 2023 installation. Elements started only once. Changing the printer settings has no effect.

Same for me, changing my printer settings had no effect, even after a restart. Thanks for the tip though!

After uninstall of HP Smart and reinstall Photoshop Elements, it  works now. Let's see.

@Alex5FCA do you have an HP printer with HP Smart software installed?  If so, does deleting the HP software fix your problem?
