Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 suddenly doesn´t work

My Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020, which I bought in January, suddenly cannot be opened. I made another download, but it doesn't work either. How do I solve the problem?

What OS are you using?  What is not opening - the Welcome Screen, the Organizer or the Editor?  Are you receiving any error messages?

Thanks for the feedback. I am using the macOS Catalina system. The editor did not work. In the meantime I have solved the problem by downloading the entire program from Adobe again and reinstalling it.
