I have one of the new Surface Laptops with ARM inside and was able to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements. I was getting errors as well initially but I right clicked on the exe file and selected "run as administrator" and was able to install it after doing that. I got another error once it was installed and I tried to open it for the first time and right clicking and running as administrator helped with that as well. ...After some extensive digging to open Photoshop Elements in ARM these are the steps I took
1. After Photoshop Elements is installed
2. Head over to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2024\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe"
3. Click on PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe
4. DONE that should open up Photoshop, I recommend pinning it or copying it to the desktop

Is it possible to have it installed on a arm processor, I know Photoshop installs fine so I'm guessing elements doesn't have ARM support?

Here are the system requirements for Photoshop Elements 2024. So I assume the answer is no. I think you are the first person to ask that question on this forum.

Count me in the Snapdragon Elite camp. Just got a new Surface Laptop running on ARM. It's pretty snappy. Would love to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2024 "ARM"

Also have new Surface laptop with Snapdragon Elite....tried to do any fixes I could find and a few of the files I need to allow permissions to to complete install of Elements 2024 literally do not exist. I was sold productivity on all sides and all I got was having to chat with Adobe for a refund. Not thrilled on having to wait for software to "catch up" with my processor, if it ever decides to even?

Your workaround helped me now to get my old PS-Elements 2023 to run (not perfect) on my new Asus zenbook with snapdragon x elite, thank you!
But it is absolutely NO WAY to get PS-Elements 2026 to run - i had long chats with adobe support. Finally i got a refund.

Thank You too! My installation of old PS Elements 2023 worked this way. But I still get error-messages when opening the ElementsOrganizer.exe ("not completly installed, install again", missing online-services...).
The Organizer is working as "standalone" - sending fotos to the editor does not work. Fotos have to be searched vie the editor-app, opened there to work on them....

I am having the same issue. I'm running a snapdragon processor on a new computere and I get Error: 183 after getting to 98%. Technical support is outsourced and I have recieved very little assistance, only frustration from language barrier and low-level tech's working from a script.
Does anyone know how to get to a qualified Adobe support technician directly?
